There's Something New in the Air

At the beginning of each year, many of us take time to think about our lives and to set goals for the year ahead. Of course, we could make these resolutions and set new goals any day of the year. In the past, the typical goals and resolutions people made have been around things like weight loss, exercise, completion of projects, breaking a habit, getting a promotion, saving money, taking a trip, writing a book, etc. But in recent years, there's been an exciting shift.

We're finding that people are thinking about their life at a much deeper level. They're looking for greater meaning and purpose; not just achieving a goal or getting from point A to point B, but also to enjoy the journey more and to know that their journey is one that makes a greater difference in the lives of others.

Their struggle is, they don't quite know how...

How a simple shift in gratitude can make a world of difference.

Here in America, we celebrate our Thanksgiving Holiday this week. The holiday symbolizes the end of the harvest season and is a day of celebration and thanks for the abundance and good fortune we have in our lives, no matter how meager or scarce.

This Thanksgiving, I invite you to take a look at how a simple shift to being grateful for what you have been able to give may be more powerful, creative, and worthy of celebration than merely being grateful for what you have received. In fact, you might even start a revolution that truly brings greater abundance and good fortune to both your life and the world.
