Sr Manager, Business Development

When I started the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, my goal was to develop a more resilient demeanor. I quickly realized I had to alter some of my impulsive, impatient, and reactionary tendencies. My coach, Mike Myers, proved instrumental in this transformation, expertly guiding me towards becoming more responsive, patient, and considered in my actions. Consequently, I recognized how previous negative thought patterns had been impeding my ability to deliver value. One of the highlights of the program was Mike’s patient temperament. His wise thinking and logic were enlightening and extremely beneficial. If I were to encapsulate my experience, I would say “Mike Myers is a phenomenal listener and an exceptional coach.” I believe, this program can greatly benefit anyone seeking to improve self-awareness and enhance their mindset for the betterment of their relationships – be it family, friends, or colleagues. My gratitude goes towards Mike for his wonderful support throughout this journey.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been very helpful for my personal growth. I’ve become more aware of my thought processes and emotions, which has given me greater control over my actions and how I spend my time. I can now quickly recognize when I’m getting lost in unproductive thinking or wasting time. I’ve learned to evaluate how my actions will impact the overall value in any situation, understanding that net value includes intrinsic, extrinsic, and systemic elements. Celebrating small successes has become a key part of my journey toward bigger goals, helping me stay motivated and avoid procrastination.

Coaching with Mike Meyers was enjoyable and enlightening. He helped me uncover subconscious thought patterns that were leading to repeated frustrations. Through our conversations, I learned how to identify stress points and logically approach them with preparation and intention. Mike taught me to leverage my strengths, shift my thinking, and ultimately change my actions to achieve better outcomes.

The one-on-one time with Mike was the highlight of the program. While the reading and modules provided essential foundational knowledge, the real breakthroughs happened during our discussions. Some of the most impactful lessons I learned include recognizing the value of my presence, celebrating victories to reinforce progress, and not imposing my perfectionism on myself or others. This mindset shift has even influenced my parenting; I have renewed focus on connecting with my kids to change their thinking and emotions rather than simply expecting obedience.  Thinking about “the definition of GOOD” has helped me combat perfectionism in all areas of life.

I highly recommend this program to anyone willing to explore their thought patterns and engage in humble self-discovery. If you come into it with an open mind, the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program will undoubtedly bring about positive change in your life.”
