My name is Michael Allen. I enrolled in the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the aim of becoming a professional coach. As I embarked on this journey, my coach, April Ballestero, quickly illuminated some hindrances I needed to overcome – primarily my tendency to get distracted, be argumentative, and act without intention. With her guidance and the program’s robust framework, I was able to transform these weaknesses into strengths, becoming distinctly more focused, intentional, and empathetic. The results were not only immediate but also significant. I gained clarity in purpose, direction, and goals. Moreover, I saw a vast improvement in my marriage due to enhanced communication and understanding.
