My name is CJ Hammond. Going into the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, I wanted to achieve a greater sense of peace in my career, I needed to make myself less judgmental, fearful, and disorganized. Working with my coach, Jordan White, I quickly realized how I could be more compassionate, empowered, and focused. As a result, I immediately noticed that the internal questions I asked myself were different, therefore changing my actions. My favorite thing about the program was the insight I gained into my biases and how they can hinder me from operating from an A-game mindset. I would liken the experience to a personal trainer for your brain. Helping to sharpen my thinking abilities. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to re-define their lives by making better daily decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working through my cognitive biases as well as learning my assets. Both are vitally important to understand when making choices in my life to create the most value.

Initially, I entered the program aspiring to achieve my goal of becoming a Chief Physician Executive. I realized I needed to attenuate a few personal traits, like my reserved nature, self-critical tendencies, and resistance to embracing diverse opinions and ideas. Supported by my coach, Alice Ackerman, I transitioned into a more communicative, delegative, and open-minded professional. This transformation allowed me to introspect my choices and actions more critically and act with deliberate intention. One aspect of the program that resonated with me the most was the incorporation of purposeful daily practices. These practices applied to every situation, reinforcing a foundation for consistent self-improvement.
To sum up my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, I can definitively say the experience is transformative, providing a comprehensive framework for personal development. This program is immensely beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and, more importantly, evolve as a better human being. The program uncovered the blind spots in my personal and professional life, allowing me to fully embrace and understand the nature of change. I cannot recommend this program enough to those seeking lifelong growth.

Mary understood that our profitability was dependent upon engineers being billable, and to that end, worked with us through programs, consulting and coaching to maximize our ability to focus on projects and work efficiently, effectively and happily.

Mary is one of the smartest, kindest and most emotionally intelligent coaches I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with on both a personal and professional basis. She knows exactly what questions to ask to guide clients in the right direction and she knows when to offer insights and when to allow leaders to come up with their own best solutions. Her willingness to give of herself and expertise show that above all, she values kindness. Anyone fortunate enough to have Mary in their corner is sure...

When I embarked on this journey, it was with the intention to find balance in my professional and personal commitments. I soon realized I needed to reevaluate my expectations, as I was overcommitted, constantly striving for perfection, and frequently exhibiting impatience and dissatisfaction. Through my sessions with my profoundly insightful coach, Kristin Clark, I was able to swiftly transition to embodying more reasonable expectations, expressing contentment and supportiveness, and feeling more satisfied with my work products. What resonates most with me about this program is its methodical approach to personal growth, compelling us to acknowledge our weaknesses and fine-tune them into strengths. In summary, my experience in this program saw me evolve from a overextended perfectionist to a balanced, content, and resilient executive. The personal growth and leadership skills I have developed are invaluable and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their self-leadership capabilities.

But despite these accolades, my work left me feeling unfulfilled, stuck, and as though my career was plateauing. I craved a sense of purpose and a path to reach my true potential. This is where Jordan White, a friend turned coach, stepped in.
He introduced me to the Axiogenics program, promising a new perspective on how I approach myself, my choices, and my life. I was intrigued by his own transformation through the program, and I was ready for a change. My main objectives were to escape the rut I found myself in professionally & personally, gain more confidence, and explore the possibility of entrepreneurship.
The program pushed me to introspect, challenging me to think about how I was thinking, and dared me to step out of my comfort zone. The focus was not just on overcoming my biases but also on building a foundation of self-belief and self-love by using assets I already had.
Working closely with Jordan, I began to shift from being stuck in my head to becoming action-oriented. I started to recognize my negative thought patterns that were keeping me stuck. Through the program’s worksheets, I was able to delve deeper into my goals and how I was keeping myself from them, then how to start seeing a clearer path to achieving them.
My experience with the program has been enlightening. It has given me the tools to help me break free from my plateau and set me on a path toward a more fulfilling and engaging career with newfound potential. It’s been a journey of self-improvement. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who feels lost or stuck in their life or work and believes they can achieve more; you’ll learn that it’s within your reach.”

At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been a game-changer for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone juggling numerous responsibilities, especially those in leadership roles. The program has enhanced my ability to maintain perspective and address challenges effectively. It was inspiring to witness a teammate, who once struggled with frustration, find clarity and overcome obstacles through the principles we learned. The Central Question and the concept of staying in my “A-Game” significantly boosted my performance. My initial goal was to prioritize my responsibilities better and become the best version of myself. Through collaboration with my coach, Michael Gidlewski, I learned to be less demanding and distracted, and more self-aware, present, and focused. Asking The Central Question consistently helps me concentrate on the task at hand and make informed decisions. One of the highlights of the program was mastering the art of recognizing my triggers, allowing me to maintain my “A game” for the benefit of my company, family, and friends. By committing honestly to this program, I’ve discovered a more efficient way to manage myself, enabling me to present a clear, calm, and focused self to my team. This program truly can have a profound impact on your life.

When I initially joined the program, my objective was to improve the work culture at my company. However, I quickly recognized certain personal tendencies of being too accommodating, easily distracted, and excessively risk-averse, which were impediments to my success. Fortunately, my coach, Jordan White, was phenomenally supportive and efficiently helped me develop a more authentic, assertive, and courageous leadership style. The transformation has been vast and it has given me new insights about my thought processes and their influences on both my professional and personal interactions.
Reflecting upon my journey, the standout aspects have been my interactions with Jordan, whose kindness, patience, and partnership were invigorating, and the toolkit provided by the program, which was instrumental in guiding me through the learning curve. My experience can best be summarized as enlightening and deeply introspective, with a powerful emphasis on recognizing and celebrating personal growth.
The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been an invaluable asset in not just refining my decision-making and fostering an open-minded approach, but also in re-discovering my value within my professional sphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone striving to unlock their potential and elevate their leadership skills.
