The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been very helpful for my personal growth. I’ve become more aware of my thought processes and emotions, which has given me greater control over my actions and how I spend my time. I can now quickly recognize when I’m getting lost in unproductive thinking or wasting time. I’ve learned to evaluate how my actions will impact the overall value in any situation, understanding that net value includes intrinsic, extrinsic, and systemic elements. Celebrating small successes has become a key part of my journey toward bigger goals, helping me stay motivated and avoid procrastination.
Coaching with Mike Meyers was enjoyable and enlightening. He helped me uncover subconscious thought patterns that were leading to repeated frustrations. Through our conversations, I learned how to identify stress points and logically approach them with preparation and intention. Mike taught me to leverage my strengths, shift my thinking, and ultimately change my actions to achieve better outcomes.
The one-on-one time with Mike was the highlight of the program. While the reading and modules provided essential foundational knowledge, the real breakthroughs happened during our discussions. Some of the most impactful lessons I learned include recognizing the value of my presence, celebrating victories to reinforce progress, and not imposing my perfectionism on myself or others. This mindset shift has even influenced my parenting; I have renewed focus on connecting with my kids to change their thinking and emotions rather than simply expecting obedience. Thinking about “the definition of GOOD” has helped me combat perfectionism in all areas of life.
I highly recommend this program to anyone willing to explore their thought patterns and engage in humble self-discovery. If you come into it with an open mind, the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program will undoubtedly bring about positive change in your life.”

From “Type A” to A-Game
I wholeheartedly endorse the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program. Initially, I embarked on this journey with the goal to transition from a traditional “Type A” perspective of high achievement, self-control, impatience, and competitiveness. I felt a profound need to overcome my stress, anxiety, and headstrong attitude to achieve this. I felt a profound need to overcome my stress, anxiety, and headstrong attitude to achieve this. To my delight, I found that the program, especially under the expert guidance of my coach, Melodye Hilton, enabled me to transform into a more relaxed, confident, and secure individual. I greatly appreciated the program’s centering questions which allowed me to recognize my strengths and biases efficiently. Without a doubt, my favorite aspect of this program was the learning and exploration of my unique personal assets. Reflecting on my journey, I would summarize my experience as a wonderful exposure to self-awareness, inner peace and an enriching development professionally and personally. The Self-Leadership Development program is a unique and practical framework. It has taught me to recognize mental habits that negatively affect my ability to make good decisions, as well as to use more effective ways of thinking to consistently contribute towards my goals. Through this program, and through the excellent coaching from Dr. Melodye Hilton, I have learned to make better choices in the midst of challenges, and enjoy greater fulfilment within my personal life and relationships.
Dr. Melodye Hilton is an inspiring and knowledgeable coach, who brings wisdom and practical strategies to every conversation. She challenges me to establish habits of higher thinking and motivates me to live a significant and purpose-filled life. Through her soft skills training and the Core Value Index I’ve learned to better understand my own strengths and contributions, as well as to appreciate, validate, and celebrate others authentically.
Through her training I’ve experienced significant growth both personally and as a business leader. I’ve learned more about the strengths that I can bring to the table, as well as the areas that I am not as naturally strong in. This has helped me in my business to understand how to put together a team of diverse talents; the type of team that will find the most efficient solution for every situation, where each person feels valued and be motivated to contribute in the best way they can.

“Axiogenics has had a positive impact on my personal and work relationships. With the help of my coach, Debbie, I have been able to actively engage my assets on a fairly consistent basis and found that I have been able to have more impactful interactions. It has also given me the ability to identify early when my biases are at play and take a step back before responding to situations.”

When I initially joined the program, my objective was to improve the work culture at my company. However, I quickly recognized certain personal tendencies of being too accommodating, easily distracted, and excessively risk-averse, which were impediments to my success. Fortunately, my coach, Jordan White, was phenomenally supportive and efficiently helped me develop a more authentic, assertive, and courageous leadership style. The transformation has been vast and it has given me new insights about my thought processes and their influences on both my professional and personal interactions.
Reflecting upon my journey, the standout aspects have been my interactions with Jordan, whose kindness, patience, and partnership were invigorating, and the toolkit provided by the program, which was instrumental in guiding me through the learning curve. My experience can best be summarized as enlightening and deeply introspective, with a powerful emphasis on recognizing and celebrating personal growth.
The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been an invaluable asset in not just refining my decision-making and fostering an open-minded approach, but also in re-discovering my value within my professional sphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone striving to unlock their potential and elevate their leadership skills.

Through this practice, I became increasingly centered, driven, and composed, experiencing far less stress than before. Best of all, because our entire C-suite went through the program, we began to understand each other’s assets and how we complement each other in various tasks, and practice novel strategies and tactics in unison. It has been a challenging journey, but it has changed my perspective on life and equipped me with invaluable tools. I recommend this program to those who perceive barriers in their progress, who feel underestimated, or who are ready to take their professional growth to the next level.

“Having Peter as my trainer, coach, and mentor has helped me to focus more on my wellbeing, appreciate my wisdom, and discern how at this stage of my life I can best serve others and co-create value with them. Peter is incredibly supportive, direct, quick-witted, listens at a deep level, and using his ability to “play” with words he provides further insight and perspective almost instantaneously.”

But despite these accolades, my work left me feeling unfulfilled, stuck, and as though my career was plateauing. I craved a sense of purpose and a path to reach my true potential. This is where Jordan White, a friend turned coach, stepped in.
He introduced me to the Axiogenics program, promising a new perspective on how I approach myself, my choices, and my life. I was intrigued by his own transformation through the program, and I was ready for a change. My main objectives were to escape the rut I found myself in professionally & personally, gain more confidence, and explore the possibility of entrepreneurship.
The program pushed me to introspect, challenging me to think about how I was thinking, and dared me to step out of my comfort zone. The focus was not just on overcoming my biases but also on building a foundation of self-belief and self-love by using assets I already had.
Working closely with Jordan, I began to shift from being stuck in my head to becoming action-oriented. I started to recognize my negative thought patterns that were keeping me stuck. Through the program’s worksheets, I was able to delve deeper into my goals and how I was keeping myself from them, then how to start seeing a clearer path to achieving them.
My experience with the program has been enlightening. It has given me the tools to help me break free from my plateau and set me on a path toward a more fulfilling and engaging career with newfound potential. It’s been a journey of self-improvement. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who feels lost or stuck in their life or work and believes they can achieve more; you’ll learn that it’s within your reach.”

At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.
