The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program was a deeply transformative and personal experience. The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

When I embarked on this journey, it was with the intention to find balance in my professional and personal commitments. I soon realized I needed to reevaluate my expectations, as I was overcommitted, constantly striving for perfection, and frequently exhibiting impatience and dissatisfaction. Through my sessions with my profoundly insightful coach, Kristin Clark, I was able to swiftly transition to embodying more reasonable expectations, expressing contentment and supportiveness, and feeling more satisfied with my work products. What resonates most with me about this program is its methodical approach to personal growth, compelling us to acknowledge our weaknesses and fine-tune them into strengths. In summary, my experience in this program saw me evolve from a overextended perfectionist to a balanced, content, and resilient executive. The personal growth and leadership skills I have developed are invaluable and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their self-leadership capabilities.

Going into this program, in order to achieve my goal of being more calm and collected at work, I discovered that I needed to become less negative, reactive, and assumptive. I discovered that I have real assets within me
This program taught me the power of asking the right questions — not just to myself, but with my team. We live in a world shaped by the stories we tell ourselves. They influence how we see reality, how we relate to others, and where we’re going. Through this program, I discovered that I have real assets within me — and that when we shift our mindset and rewrite our story, anything is possible.

My favorite part of the journey was working with Michael. He’s truly a man of God, and he has a rare gift for seeing the best in people — even when they can’t see it themselves.
I highly recommend this program to anyone who feels stuck or plateaued in life and is ready to grow, break through, and create something they never thought possible.

Mary understood that our profitability was dependent upon engineers being billable, and to that end, worked with us through programs, consulting and coaching to maximize our ability to focus on projects and work efficiently, effectively and happily.

I realized that I needed to set aside distractions and become more attentive, ego-less, and loving. This program served to open my eyes to the immense value of interpersonal relationships. One aspect which stood out to me was the pace at which the program unraveled. It allowed a gradual understanding and application of the concepts learned. This gradual process lead me to describe my time at Axiogenics as enlightening, impactful, and practical. It is something I was able to incorporate into my daily life. I would recommend this program to anyone genuinely interested in enhancing their quality of life. April’s wealth of experience and heartfelt guidance allowed me to absorb this invaluable information at my own pace, in turn aiding me to identify what holds utmost importance in my life. But despite these accolades, my work left me feeling unfulfilled, stuck, and as though my career was plateauing. I craved a sense of purpose and a path to reach my true potential. This is where Jordan White, a friend turned coach, stepped in.
He introduced me to the Axiogenics program, promising a new perspective on how I approach myself, my choices, and my life. I was intrigued by his own transformation through the program, and I was ready for a change. My main objectives were to escape the rut I found myself in professionally & personally, gain more confidence, and explore the possibility of entrepreneurship.
The program pushed me to introspect, challenging me to think about how I was thinking, and dared me to step out of my comfort zone. The focus was not just on overcoming my biases but also on building a foundation of self-belief and self-love by using assets I already had.
Working closely with Jordan, I began to shift from being stuck in my head to becoming action-oriented. I started to recognize my negative thought patterns that were keeping me stuck. Through the program’s worksheets, I was able to delve deeper into my goals and how I was keeping myself from them, then how to start seeing a clearer path to achieving them.
My experience with the program has been enlightening. It has given me the tools to help me break free from my plateau and set me on a path toward a more fulfilling and engaging career with newfound potential. It’s been a journey of self-improvement. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who feels lost or stuck in their life or work and believes they can achieve more; you’ll learn that it’s within your reach.”

As I embarked on this journey, my coach, April Ballestero, quickly illuminated some hindrances I needed to overcome – primarily my tendency to get distracted, be argumentative, and act without intention. With her guidance and the program’s robust framework, I was able to transform these weaknesses into strengths, becoming distinctly more focused, intentional, and empathetic. The results were not only immediate but also significant. I gained clarity in purpose, direction, and goals. Moreover, I saw a vast improvement in my marriage due to enhanced communication and understanding. One of the standout features of this program is the A&B game worksheet, a tool that encapsulates the effectiveness and speed of result delivery, cohesive with the course. In essence, my experience with this program has been nothing short of life-changing. It has added a new dimension to my life – a profound level of personal and professional development that I have never experienced before. It’s worth every penny, and for anyone looking to elevate their life’s purpose, goals, and relationships, particularly in marriage, this is a program I cannot recommend enough.
