Building relationships that communicated care to clients was difficult for me. In the initial meeting, it was apparent Coach April could uncover the secrets I was looking for. My initial experience was enlightening. Being able to uncover habits that were holding me back was empowering. Through my coaching sessions, I was able to learn how to take corrective action that replaced my unproductive habits with efficient ones. I have seen a major shift in my focus away from a life that I found to be very stressful. As I accepted my past and the experiences I lived through. I am now experiencing a life that is more fulfilling and complete.

I embarked on the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the intention of honing my leadership skills, personally and professionally to ensure I maximize the value proposition given to and derived from my department as a result of my leadership. Revamping my perfectionist nature and eliminating hesitation and indecisiveness was challenging; these aspects of my way of doing things had oftentimes prevented me from getting the best net value from a situation. The transition though difficult showed new ways of thinking and approaching matters that proved to be quite rewarding steps on my journey towards improvement. My coach, Debbie Joseph-Caddle, definitely boosted my sense of confidence in my ability , which in turn allowed me to be more willing to exercise my decision-making in the space. She emphasized the importance of decision-making and accepting occasional failures as being part of the learning process. Under her guidance, I developed the ability to test my ideas and take decisions with confidence, further enhancing my leadership skills. A key takeaway from her tutelage was this: Leadership isn’t about doing everything myself but ensuring things get done, either through my own work or through efficient delegation. One of the more unexpected but welcomed aspects of the program turned out to be having Debbie as a sounding board as well as access to the insightful tools for rethinking problem-solving and leadership practices that the program provides. Reflecting on my journey throughout this program, I would describe it as an enlightening, confidence-boosting experience that provided me with constructive feedback in a secure environment and one that transformed my thought processes. I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone requiring guidance in enhancing their leadership skills. The program facilitators are understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, deliberate, engaging, flexible and professional. It’s a highly recommended program that promises to bring about positive change.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program was a deeply transformative and personal experience. The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

“Alice has been a great coach to work with one on one. At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

Working with my coach, Jordan White, I quickly realized how I could be more compassionate, empowered, and focused. As a result, I immediately noticed that the internal questions I asked myself were different, therefore changing my actions. My favorite thing about the program was the insight I gained into my biases and how they can hinder me from operating from an A-game mindset. I would liken the experience to a personal trainer for your brain. Helping to sharpen my thinking abilities. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to re-define their lives by making better daily decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working through my cognitive biases as well as learning my assets. Both are vitally important to understand when making choices in my life to create the most value.

I quickly realized I had to alter some of my impulsive, impatient, and reactionary tendencies. My coach, Mike Myers, proved instrumental in this transformation, expertly guiding me towards becoming more responsive, patient, and considered in my actions. Consequently, I recognized how previous negative thought patterns had been impeding my ability to deliver value. One of the highlights of the program was Mike’s patient temperament. His wise thinking and logic were enlightening and extremely beneficial. If I were to encapsulate my experience, I would say “Mike Myers is a phenomenal listener and an exceptional coach.” I believe, this program can greatly benefit anyone seeking to improve self-awareness and enhance their mindset for the betterment of their relationships – be it family, friends, or colleagues. My gratitude goes towards Mike for his wonderful support throughout this journey.
