Initially, I entered the program aspiring to achieve my goal of becoming a Chief Physician Executive. I realized I needed to attenuate a few personal traits, like my reserved nature, self-critical tendencies, and resistance to embracing diverse opinions and ideas. Supported by my coach, Alice Ackerman, I transitioned into a more communicative, delegative, and open-minded professional. This transformation allowed me to introspect my choices and actions more critically and act with deliberate intention. One aspect of the program that resonated with me the most was the incorporation of purposeful daily practices. These practices applied to every situation, reinforcing a foundation for consistent self-improvement.

To sum up my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, I can definitively say the experience is transformative, providing a comprehensive framework for personal development. This program is immensely beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and, more importantly, evolve as a better human being. The program uncovered the blind spots in my personal and professional life, allowing me to fully embrace and understand the nature of change. Working with my coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to become more deliberate, proactive, and present. As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “eye-opening, empowering, practical. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seems stuck and is ready to take their life to the next level. Jordan was a great coach and really helped me work with the material in this program.
