When I started the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, my goal was to develop a more resilient demeanor. I quickly realized I had to alter some of my impulsive, impatient, and reactionary tendencies. My coach, Mike Myers, proved instrumental in this transformation, expertly guiding me towards becoming more responsive, patient, and considered in my actions. Consequently, I recognized how previous negative thought patterns had been impeding my ability to deliver value. One of the highlights of the program was Mike’s patient temperament. His wise thinking and logic were enlightening and extremely beneficial.
