I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to improve their worth in the workplace and beyond.

My name is Briel Speer, and my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been incredibly impactful. When I initially joined the program, my objective was to improve the work culture at my company. However, I quickly recognized certain personal tendencies of being too accommodating, easily distracted, and excessively risk-averse, which were impediments to my success. Fortunately, my coach, Jordan White, was phenomenally supportive and efficiently helped me develop a more authentic, assertive, and courageous leadership style. The transformation has been vast and it has given me new insights about my thought processes and their influences on both my professional and personal interactions.
Reflecting upon my journey, the standout aspects have been my interactions with Jordan, whose kindness, patience, and partnership were invigorating, and the toolkit provided by the program, which was instrumental in guiding me through the learning curve. My experience can best be summarized as enlightening and deeply introspective, with a powerful emphasis on recognizing and celebrating personal growth.
The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been an invaluable asset in not just refining my decision-making and fostering an open-minded approach, but also in re-discovering my value within my professional sphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone striving to unlock their potential and elevate their leadership skills.

Going into this program, in order to achieve my goal of staying connected to the “why” behind what I do at work, remaining grateful for the impact my team and I can have on the lives of children and their families, and appreciating the opportunity I have been given to influence both the growth of our team members and the care we provide to our patients, I discovered that I needed to become less impulsive, reactive, and absent. Working with my coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to become more deliberate, proactive, and present. As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “eye-opening, empowering, practical. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seems stuck and is ready to take their life to the next level. Jordan was a great coach and really helped me work with the material in this program.

Re: Board of Directors’ Retreat Facilitation…
The Valuegenics science [neuro-axiology] and approach is outstanding. It set the stage for a Board meeting where we went deeper into Purpose and trusting teamwork than I ever thought possible. People brought their “A” game to the table and we are poised to execute with passion!

I’m incredibly happy to endorse the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program. My primary goal for entering this program was to enhance my relationship with the people around me – to show them that I deeply cared for them and was committed to their success through actively engaging in our exchanges and exhibiting empathy. I understood that to achieve this, I needed to overcome my fears, distractions, and self-centeredness. With the guidance of my outstanding coach, Michael Gidlewski, I was able to swiftly transform into a more resolute, engaged, and open individual. I now function within my areas of strength and possess the necessary tools to lift myself from patterns of behavior that do not serve me well. Though I sometimes still notice these habits, I am equipped with the ability to detach from them because I understand their lack of relevance to me now. The most remarkable aspect of this program is the provision of vital tools that enable me to break free from my less than optimal performances. I now have the ability to identify when I’m not at my best and a means to navigate my way out. This program has been a breakthrough experience for me. It’s allowed me to thrive both within my team and with my clients. I am confident in my ability to work through any challenges that arise within my teams. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone looking to take a significant step forward but aren’t quite sure how to go about it. The tools provided by this program have proven more beneficial than therapy, and have tremendously impacted my life.

One aspect which stood out to me was the pace at which the program unraveled. It allowed a gradual understanding and application of the concepts learned. This gradual process lead me to describe my time at Axiogenics as enlightening, impactful, and practical. It is something I was able to incorporate into my daily life. I would recommend this program to anyone genuinely interested in enhancing their quality of life. April’s wealth of experience and heartfelt guidance allowed me to absorb this invaluable information at my own pace, in turn aiding me to identify what holds utmost importance in my life. Mary is one of the smartest, kindest and most emotionally intelligent coaches I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with on both a personal and professional basis. She knows exactly what questions to ask to guide clients in the right direction and she knows when to offer insights and when to allow leaders to come up with their own best solutions. Her willingness to give of herself and expertise show that above all, she values kindness. Anyone fortunate enough to have Mary in their corner is sure...

The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

The science of neuro-axiology, and the practice of Valuegenic Self-Leadership, could be a game-changer for OD practice on numerous levels. The neuro-axiological process goes beyond self-awareness, self-understanding, presencing, and radical acceptance, driving a proactive, purposive, and measurable personal transformation.
