The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been a game-changer for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone juggling numerous responsibilities, especially those in leadership roles. The program has enhanced my ability to maintain perspective and address challenges effectively. It was inspiring to witness a teammate, who once struggled with frustration, find clarity and overcome obstacles through the principles we learned. The Central Question and the concept of staying in my “A-Game” significantly boosted my performance. My initial goal was to prioritize my responsibilities better and become the best version of myself. Through collaboration with my coach, Michael Gidlewski, I learned to be less demanding and distracted, and more self-aware, present, and focused. Asking The Central Question consistently helps me concentrate on the task at hand and make informed decisions. One of the highlights of the program was mastering the art of recognizing my triggers, allowing me to maintain my “A game” for the benefit of my company, family, and friends. By committing honestly to this program, I’ve discovered a more efficient way to manage myself, enabling me to present a clear, calm, and focused self to my team. This program truly can have a profound impact on your life.

I am tremendously grateful for my experience in the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program. Initially, I enrolled with the intention of increasing my capacity. I soon found out that I needed to shift my tendencies from passive and impatient to being assertive and present. All of this was made possible with the thoughtful guidance of my coach, Michael Gidlewski. Through this journey, I was able to identify self-limiting beliefs, which had been heavily influenced by recurrent narratives I had unknowingly built up in my story. The transformative part was understanding and changing these narratives, which had a profound impact on my personal growth. My standout feature from the program would have to be the practical, user-friendly tools provided, which I found to be easily applicable to all facets of both my personal and professional life. Reflecting on my journey through this program, it’s fair to say that it has allowed me to redefine my sense of value and purpose effectively. I would highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone who may feel stuck in a rut and is looking for the perfect opportunity to level up their life.

Working with my coach, Jordan White, I quickly realized how I could be more compassionate, empowered, and focused. As a result, I immediately noticed that the internal questions I asked myself were different, therefore changing my actions. My favorite thing about the program was the insight I gained into my biases and how they can hinder me from operating from an A-game mindset. I would liken the experience to a personal trainer for your brain. Helping to sharpen my thinking abilities. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to re-define their lives by making better daily decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working through my cognitive biases as well as learning my assets. Both are vitally important to understand when making choices in my life to create the most value.

“I am a 34-year-old software engineer in the public sector and an aspiring entrepreneur. I’ve played a key role in delivering highly impactful projects and have been recognized as a top achiever. But despite these accolades, my work left me feeling unfulfilled, stuck, and as though my career was plateauing. I craved a sense of purpose and a path to reach my true potential. This is where Jordan White, a friend turned coach, stepped in.

He introduced me to the Axiogenics program, promising a new perspective on how I approach myself, my choices, and my life. I was intrigued by his own transformation through the program, and I was ready for a change. My main objectives were to escape the rut I found myself in professionally & personally, gain more confidence, and explore the possibility of entrepreneurship.

The program pushed me to introspect, challenging me to think about how I was thinking, and dared me to step out of my comfort zone. The focus was not just on overcoming my biases but also on building a foundation of self-belief and self-love by using assets I already had.

Working closely with Jordan, I began to shift from being stuck in my head to becoming action-oriented. I started to recognize my negative thought patterns that were keeping me stuck. Through the program’s worksheets, I was able to delve deeper into my goals and how I was keeping myself from them, then how to start seeing a clearer path to achieving them.

My experience with the program has been enlightening. It has given me the tools to help me break free from my plateau and set me on a path toward a more fulfilling and engaging career with newfound potential. It’s been a journey of self-improvement. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who feels lost or stuck in their life or work and believes they can achieve more; you’ll learn that it’s within your reach.”

Despite being heavily oriented towards precision, quality, and headstrong leadership, I realized through the program that I needed to adopt a more heart-centered, qualitative, and community-focused approach. My coach, Jordan White, guided me proficiently in transitioning my mindset. The result being, I now think differently; I feel balanced and more confident in my leadership role. The highlight of this program for me was my coach. Jordan was warm, thoughtful, attentive, and utterly inspiring. My name is Helene Burns, and I came to the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the goal of self-nominating for the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL) Board, representing Region 2, including New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

Working with my Coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to pinpoint the thoughts and ways of thinking that were sabotaging my goals. I now have a clearer understanding of my A and B game habits. I can easily recognize why I was struggling. My favorite thing about the program is the “ah-ha” moments of the worksheets. I’m amazed that when reviewing my Self-Leadership development report it became clear where I was struggling that I hadn’t been able to put in words before. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “emotional, eye-opening, motivating, and resonant.” I highly recommend this program for anyone who is lost, confused, and frustrated that they are self-sabotaging their life but don’t fully understand why. If you have tried other self-help or motivational books but haven’t made progress, this program can give you ways to change the core habits and thinking that are holding you back.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program was a deeply transformative and personal experience. The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.
