My favorite thing about the program was the insight I gained into my biases and how they can hinder me from operating from an A-game mindset. I would liken the experience to a personal trainer for your brain. Helping to sharpen my thinking abilities. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to re-define their lives by making better daily decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working through my cognitive biases as well as learning my assets. Both are vitally important to understand when making choices in my life to create the most value.

“Axiogenics provides a road map, rooted in a science-backed process of teaching individuals and organizations how to “create value.” The process Axiogenics goes way beyond a coaching model or “techniques” — it’s both the road map and the vehicle for transformation and that enables people and organizations to become their best.”

“Having Peter as my trainer, coach, and mentor has helped me to focus more on my wellbeing, appreciate my wisdom, and discern how at this stage of my life I can best serve others and co-create value with them. Peter is incredibly supportive, direct, quick-witted, listens at a deep level, and using his ability to “play” with words he provides further insight and perspective almost instantaneously.”

The science of neuro-axiology, and the practice of Valuegenic Self-Leadership, could be a game-changer for OD practice on numerous levels. The neuro-axiological process goes beyond self-awareness, self-understanding, presencing, and radical acceptance, driving a proactive, purposive, and measurable personal transformation.

Starting with One Light Ahead, I felt lost. My business required a direct sales approach, and the struggle with the developing relationships required within this model was real. Building relationships that communicated care to clients was difficult for me. In the initial meeting, it was apparent Coach April could uncover the secrets I was looking for. My initial experience was enlightening. Being able to uncover habits that were holding me back was empowering. Through my coaching sessions, I was able to learn how to take corrective action that replaced my unproductive habits with efficient ones. I have seen a major shift in my focus away from a life that I found to be very stressful. As I accepted my past and the experiences I lived through. I am now experiencing a life that is more fulfilling and complete.

But despite these accolades, my work left me feeling unfulfilled, stuck, and as though my career was plateauing. I craved a sense of purpose and a path to reach my true potential. This is where Jordan White, a friend turned coach, stepped in.
He introduced me to the Axiogenics program, promising a new perspective on how I approach myself, my choices, and my life. I was intrigued by his own transformation through the program, and I was ready for a change. My main objectives were to escape the rut I found myself in professionally & personally, gain more confidence, and explore the possibility of entrepreneurship.
The program pushed me to introspect, challenging me to think about how I was thinking, and dared me to step out of my comfort zone. The focus was not just on overcoming my biases but also on building a foundation of self-belief and self-love by using assets I already had.
Working closely with Jordan, I began to shift from being stuck in my head to becoming action-oriented. I started to recognize my negative thought patterns that were keeping me stuck. Through the program’s worksheets, I was able to delve deeper into my goals and how I was keeping myself from them, then how to start seeing a clearer path to achieving them.
My experience with the program has been enlightening. It has given me the tools to help me break free from my plateau and set me on a path toward a more fulfilling and engaging career with newfound potential. It’s been a journey of self-improvement. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who feels lost or stuck in their life or work and believes they can achieve more; you’ll learn that it’s within your reach.”

I realised that to achieve this, I first needed to shed some of my prior habits. Working with my coach, Michael Gidlewski, I was able to turn these aspirations into tangible progress swiftly. This has imbued me with a better sense of focus on creating long-term value and instilled in me the realization that every decision I make and every action I take has value. Along with this newfound understanding, I’ve also learnt to broaden my perspective and leverage my resources better. The program’s well-designed worksheets have been excellent helpers in this transformative journey. They serve not only as great reminders but also effective tools to build good habits. This program merits my highest recommendation. Anyone and everyone can greatly benefit from it, particularly those who may be struggling to find value in their daily lives. Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program is truly an irreplaceable journey of growth and development.

I embarked on the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the intention of honing my leadership skills, personally and professionally to ensure I maximize the value proposition given to and derived from my department as a result of my leadership. Revamping my perfectionist nature and eliminating hesitation and indecisiveness was challenging; these aspects of my way of doing things had oftentimes prevented me from getting the best net value from a situation. The transition though difficult showed new ways of thinking and approaching matters that proved to be quite rewarding steps on my journey towards improvement. My coach, Debbie Joseph-Caddle, definitely boosted my sense of confidence in my ability , which in turn allowed me to be more willing to exercise my decision-making in the space. She emphasized the importance of decision-making and accepting occasional failures as being part of the learning process. Under her guidance, I developed the ability to test my ideas and take decisions with confidence, further enhancing my leadership skills. A key takeaway from her tutelage was this: Leadership isn’t about doing everything myself but ensuring things get done, either through my own work or through efficient delegation. One of the more unexpected but welcomed aspects of the program turned out to be having Debbie as a sounding board as well as access to the insightful tools for rethinking problem-solving and leadership practices that the program provides. Reflecting on my journey throughout this program, I would describe it as an enlightening, confidence-boosting experience that provided me with constructive feedback in a secure environment and one that transformed my thought processes. I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone requiring guidance in enhancing their leadership skills. The program facilitators are understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, deliberate, engaging, flexible and professional. It’s a highly recommended program that promises to bring about positive change.
