I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program. Prior to this program, in my pursuit of achieving my goal of being a Director of Operations, I realized that I needed to address my demanding, controlling, and undisciplined tendencies. Maureen Ennis, my coach, skillfully steered me towards being more positive, methodical, and empathetic. This program goes beyond just improving professional performance – it actually helps sculpt you into a well-rounded human being as well. I learned that modifying my behavior positively encourages others to collaborate with you, and provides a fresh perspective. This not only enhances your work life but your personal life too. The program has taught me that being more productive and content can go hand in hand. One of my favorite aspects is the self-assessment that uses VQ bias as a reference to illustrate change versus habit – it’s insightful. My experience has taught me that effort definitely reaps rewards and that change can be a very good thing. This program is excellent for management at all levels; improving quality of life, both professionally and personally is crucial. Axiogenics is not an overnight fix, it’s a process that requires breaking old norms and fostering collaboration with others. Creating value becomes so much simpler with this program.

Going into this program, in order to achieve my goal of staying connected to the “why” behind what I do at work, remaining grateful for the impact my team and I can have on the lives of children and their families, and appreciating the opportunity I have been given to influence both the growth of our team members and the care we provide to our patients, I discovered that I needed to become less impulsive, reactive, and absent. Working with my coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to become more deliberate, proactive, and present. As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “eye-opening, empowering, practical. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seems stuck and is ready to take their life to the next level. Jordan was a great coach and really helped me work with the material in this program.

This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

“Having Peter as my trainer, coach, and mentor has helped me to focus more on my wellbeing, appreciate my wisdom, and discern how at this stage of my life I can best serve others and co-create value with them. Peter is incredibly supportive, direct, quick-witted, listens at a deep level, and using his ability to “play” with words he provides further insight and perspective almost instantaneously.”

I quickly learned, under the guidance of my coach, Dr. Melodye Hilton, that to fulfill this, I needed to become less influenced by biases each day and more driven by my assets. When I started this program, I was completely ruled by my biases. However, the coaching and guidance provided by Dr. Hilton enabled me to experience deep-seated changes in my behavior and mindset, all without feeling guilt or shame. What I really loved about this program was taking the assessment as it allowed me to better understand myself and my past behaviors. It gave me insights into how to coach others and enhanced my interactions with my mental health therapist. In summary, I feel as though I have been reset and realigned in a way that allows me to live as I was truly intended to. If you’re someone seeking to understand the core of your behaviors and the cause-effect relationships in your life, I highly recommend this program. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Hilton for her coaching and to Axiogenics for providing the resources that enabled this transformation.

The science of neuro-axiology, and the practice of Valuegenic Self-Leadership, could be a game-changer for OD practice on numerous levels. The neuro-axiological process goes beyond self-awareness, self-understanding, presencing, and radical acceptance, driving a proactive, purposive, and measurable personal transformation.

As a result, I immediately noticed that the internal questions I asked myself were different, therefore changing my actions. My favorite thing about the program was the insight I gained into my biases and how they can hinder me from operating from an A-game mindset. I would liken the experience to a personal trainer for your brain. Helping to sharpen my thinking abilities. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to re-define their lives by making better daily decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working through my cognitive biases as well as learning my assets. Both are vitally important to understand when making choices in my life to create the most value.

Working with my Coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to pinpoint the thoughts and ways of thinking that were sabotaging my goals. I now have a clearer understanding of my A and B game habits. I can easily recognize why I was struggling. My favorite thing about the program is the “ah-ha” moments of the worksheets. I’m amazed that when reviewing my Self-Leadership development report it became clear where I was struggling that I hadn’t been able to put in words before. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “emotional, eye-opening, motivating, and resonant.” I highly recommend this program for anyone who is lost, confused, and frustrated that they are self-sabotaging their life but don’t fully understand why. If you have tried other self-help or motivational books but haven’t made progress, this program can give you ways to change the core habits and thinking that are holding you back.
