When I embarked on this journey, it was with the intention to find balance in my professional and personal commitments. I soon realized I needed to reevaluate my expectations, as I was overcommitted, constantly striving for perfection, and frequently exhibiting impatience and dissatisfaction. Through my sessions with my profoundly insightful coach, Kristin Clark, I was able to swiftly transition to embodying more reasonable expectations, expressing contentment and supportiveness, and feeling more satisfied with my work products. What resonates most with me about this program is its methodical approach to personal growth, compelling us to acknowledge our weaknesses and fine-tune them into strengths. In summary, my experience in this program saw me evolve from a overextended perfectionist to a balanced, content, and resilient executive. The personal growth and leadership skills I have developed are invaluable and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their self-leadership capabilities.

“One of my favorite characteristics of Alice is her experience in multiple industries and roles. This gives her tremendous perspective–and because she is sincerely curious about your experiences, she asks insightful questions that show her appreciation of diversity and of your own ideas. In an age when professionals need and want to recognize valuable competencies across situations, Alice will be a wonderful asset to your journey!”

I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program. Prior to this program, in my pursuit of achieving my goal of being a Director of Operations, I realized that I needed to address my demanding, controlling, and undisciplined tendencies. Maureen Ennis, my coach, skillfully steered me towards being more positive, methodical, and empathetic. This program goes beyond just improving professional performance – it actually helps sculpt you into a well-rounded human being as well. I learned that modifying my behavior positively encourages others to collaborate with you, and provides a fresh perspective. This not only enhances your work life but your personal life too. The program has taught me that being more productive and content can go hand in hand. One of my favorite aspects is the self-assessment that uses VQ bias as a reference to illustrate change versus habit – it’s insightful. My experience has taught me that effort definitely reaps rewards and that change can be a very good thing. This program is excellent for management at all levels; improving quality of life, both professionally and personally is crucial. Axiogenics is not an overnight fix, it’s a process that requires breaking old norms and fostering collaboration with others. Creating value becomes so much simpler with this program.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program was a deeply transformative and personal experience. The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to make meaningful improvements or changes in their life. The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development program has helped me achieve my goal of being able to confidently work on things that I want to do, trusting that I will make the money that my family needs to live our new life. I can now clearly see what drives my sense of wanting to be perfect, and how that holds me back from being the rainmaker that I want to be. I am easily able to recognize when I am taking on tasks and issues that belong to other people. This is very empowering, and is a huge help at work. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, also helped me realize that I have the skills to be a rainmaker, and I can learn to enjoy the process. My favorite thing about this program is being able to see the connections between the different parts of my life. Axiogenics helped me see that my mindset around my husband’s autism was the same as my mindset around work. I also love that these are skills that I can continue to hone throughout my life, and that I now have a set of tools that helps me identify the issues so I can address them.
Note: Julie went on to become a Certified Axiogenics Partner.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been very helpful for my personal growth. I’ve become more aware of my thought processes and emotions, which has given me greater control over my actions and how I spend my time. I’ve become more aware of my thought processes and emotions, which has given me greater control over my actions and how I spend my time. I can now quickly recognize when I’m getting lost in unproductive thinking or wasting time. I’ve learned to evaluate how my actions will impact the overall value in any situation, understanding that net value includes intrinsic, extrinsic, and systemic elements. Celebrating small successes has become a key part of my journey toward bigger goals, helping me stay motivated and avoid procrastination.
Coaching with Mike Meyers was enjoyable and enlightening. He helped me uncover subconscious thought patterns that were leading to repeated frustrations. Through our conversations, I learned how to identify stress points and logically approach them with preparation and intention. Mike taught me to leverage my strengths, shift my thinking, and ultimately change my actions to achieve better outcomes.
The one-on-one time with Mike was the highlight of the program. While the reading and modules provided essential foundational knowledge, the real breakthroughs happened during our discussions. Some of the most impactful lessons I learned include recognizing the value of my presence, celebrating victories to reinforce progress, and not imposing my perfectionism on myself or others. This mindset shift has even influenced my parenting; I have renewed focus on connecting with my kids to change their thinking and emotions rather than simply expecting obedience. Thinking about “the definition of GOOD” has helped me combat perfectionism in all areas of life.
I highly recommend this program to anyone willing to explore their thought patterns and engage in humble self-discovery. If you come into it with an open mind, the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program will undoubtedly bring about positive change in your life.”

“Axiogenics provides a road map, rooted in a science-backed process of teaching individuals and organizations how to “create value.” The process Axiogenics goes way beyond a coaching model or “techniques” — it’s both the road map and the vehicle for transformation and that enables people and organizations to become their best.”
