The thoughtfulness, individual preparation, and then teamwork conducted during our 2-day board retreat was life-giving, inspiring, and phenomenal. Not only did I personally benefit, it also made for some of the best conversations that resulted in tangible actions. Peter and Eddie were exceptional facilitators and partners through this process. The power of ‘good’, ‘value’ and the use of our collective ‘assets’ resonated wonderfully and will serve me for the remainder of my career and life. Thank you!
