Current VSLD Program Offerings

You have the option of working privately with a coach or as part of a small cohort. Both formats feature:

• 4+ Months Membership to the Axiogenics Gen-V Academy eLearning platform for interactive access to the program materials
• Your VQ Profile Assessment report (used extensively in the program)
• Study Time: Approx. 20–30 mins/day or 2–3 hours between sessions (reading/listening to materials, reflecting, and completing exercises)
• Embedding and applying principles and practices to your daily life and work activities (not more to do — just doing it all better)
• All sessions are typically held on Zoom

Private Coaching Program – Regular Price $7,500

Ideal for executives, solopreneurs, those facing high-stakes challenges, or who are uncomfortable in group settings.

• One-on-One with an Axiogenics Certified Partner
• 12, 1-hour sessions with flexible scheduling (ideally, weekly)   
• Greater flexibility and personalization of discussion topics and pacing.

Group/Cohort Coaching Programs – Regular Price $1,957

For emerging leaders, HR/OD professionals, and coaches. Also great for people who enjoy the camaraderie, accountability, and collaboration of a group learning experience. Cohorts are typically limited to 6-8 people with a minimum of 4.

• 10, 1-hour, weekly cohort sessions
• Up to 2 hours of one-to-one coaching as needed
• All cohort sessions are recorded and securely made available to cohort members for online review.
• Customized options for corporate or intact teams are also available.
