As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. Under her guidance, I developed the ability to test my ideas and take decisions with confidence, further enhancing my leadership skills.
