I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to make meaningful improvements or changes in their life. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to make meaningful improvements or changes in their life. The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development program has helped me achieve my goal of being able to confidently work on things that I want to do, trusting that I will make the money that my family needs to live our new life. I can now clearly see what drives my sense of wanting to be perfect, and how that holds me back from being the rainmaker that I want to be. I am easily able to recognize when I am taking on tasks and issues that belong to other people. This is very empowering, and is a huge help at work. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, also helped me realize that I have the skills to be a rainmaker, and I can learn to enjoy the process. My favorite thing about this program is being able to see the connections between the different parts of my life. Axiogenics helped me see that my mindset around my husband’s autism was the same as my mindset around work. I also love that these are skills that I can continue to hone throughout my life, and that I now have a set of tools that helps me identify the issues so I can address them.
Note: Julie went on to become a Certified Axiogenics Partner.

One aspect which stood out to me was the pace at which the program unraveled. It allowed a gradual understanding and application of the concepts learned. This gradual process lead me to describe my time at Axiogenics as enlightening, impactful, and practical. It is something I was able to incorporate into my daily life. I would recommend this program to anyone genuinely interested in enhancing their quality of life. April’s wealth of experience and heartfelt guidance allowed me to absorb this invaluable information at my own pace, in turn aiding me to identify what holds utmost importance in my life. “Axiogenics has had a positive impact on my personal and work relationships. With the help of my coach, Debbie, I have been able to actively engage my assets on a fairly consistent basis and found that I have been able to have more impactful interactions. It has also given me the ability to identify early when my biases are at play and take a step back before responding to situations.”

But despite these accolades, my work left me feeling unfulfilled, stuck, and as though my career was plateauing. I craved a sense of purpose and a path to reach my true potential. This is where Jordan White, a friend turned coach, stepped in.
He introduced me to the Axiogenics program, promising a new perspective on how I approach myself, my choices, and my life. I was intrigued by his own transformation through the program, and I was ready for a change. My main objectives were to escape the rut I found myself in professionally & personally, gain more confidence, and explore the possibility of entrepreneurship.
The program pushed me to introspect, challenging me to think about how I was thinking, and dared me to step out of my comfort zone. The focus was not just on overcoming my biases but also on building a foundation of self-belief and self-love by using assets I already had.
Working closely with Jordan, I began to shift from being stuck in my head to becoming action-oriented. I started to recognize my negative thought patterns that were keeping me stuck. Through the program’s worksheets, I was able to delve deeper into my goals and how I was keeping myself from them, then how to start seeing a clearer path to achieving them.
My experience with the program has been enlightening. It has given me the tools to help me break free from my plateau and set me on a path toward a more fulfilling and engaging career with newfound potential. It’s been a journey of self-improvement. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who feels lost or stuck in their life or work and believes they can achieve more; you’ll learn that it’s within your reach.”

I embarked on the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the intention of honing my leadership skills, personally and professionally to ensure I maximize the value proposition given to and derived from my department as a result of my leadership. Revamping my perfectionist nature and eliminating hesitation and indecisiveness was challenging; these aspects of my way of doing things had oftentimes prevented me from getting the best net value from a situation. The transition though difficult showed new ways of thinking and approaching matters that proved to be quite rewarding steps on my journey towards improvement. My coach, Debbie Joseph-Caddle, definitely boosted my sense of confidence in my ability , which in turn allowed me to be more willing to exercise my decision-making in the space. She emphasized the importance of decision-making and accepting occasional failures as being part of the learning process. Under her guidance, I developed the ability to test my ideas and take decisions with confidence, further enhancing my leadership skills. A key takeaway from her tutelage was this: Leadership isn’t about doing everything myself but ensuring things get done, either through my own work or through efficient delegation. One of the more unexpected but welcomed aspects of the program turned out to be having Debbie as a sounding board as well as access to the insightful tools for rethinking problem-solving and leadership practices that the program provides. Reflecting on my journey throughout this program, I would describe it as an enlightening, confidence-boosting experience that provided me with constructive feedback in a secure environment and one that transformed my thought processes. I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone requiring guidance in enhancing their leadership skills. The program facilitators are understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, deliberate, engaging, flexible and professional. It’s a highly recommended program that promises to bring about positive change.

My primary goal for entering this program was to enhance my relationship with the people around me – to show them that I deeply cared for them and was committed to their success through actively engaging in our exchanges and exhibiting empathy. I understood that to achieve this, I needed to overcome my fears, distractions, and self-centeredness. With the guidance of my outstanding coach, Michael Gidlewski, I was able to swiftly transform into a more resolute, engaged, and open individual. I now function within my areas of strength and possess the necessary tools to lift myself from patterns of behavior that do not serve me well. Though I sometimes still notice these habits, I am equipped with the ability to detach from them because I understand their lack of relevance to me now. The most remarkable aspect of this program is the provision of vital tools that enable me to break free from my less than optimal performances. I now have the ability to identify when I’m not at my best and a means to navigate my way out. This program has been a breakthrough experience for me. It’s allowed me to thrive both within my team and with my clients. I am confident in my ability to work through any challenges that arise within my teams. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone looking to take a significant step forward but aren’t quite sure how to go about it. The tools provided by this program have proven more beneficial than therapy, and have tremendously impacted my life.

Re: Board of Directors’ Retreat Facilitation…
The Valuegenics science [neuro-axiology] and approach is outstanding. It set the stage for a Board meeting where we went deeper into Purpose and trusting teamwork than I ever thought possible. People brought their “A” game to the table and we are poised to execute with passion!

I discovered that I have real assets within me
This program taught me the power of asking the right questions — not just to myself, but with my team. We live in a world shaped by the stories we tell ourselves. They influence how we see reality, how we relate to others, and where we’re going. Through this program, I discovered that I have real assets within me — and that when we shift our mindset and rewrite our story, anything is possible.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program was a deeply transformative and personal experience. The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.
