My name is Karmin Jenkins and my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been transformative. My goal was to live authentically and consistently from my strengths. I quickly learned, under the guidance of my coach, Dr. Melodye Hilton, that to fulfill this, I needed to become less influenced by biases each day and more driven by my assets. When I started this program, I was completely ruled by my biases. However, the coaching and guidance provided by Dr. Hilton enabled me to experience deep-seated changes in my behavior and mindset, all without feeling guilt or shame. What I really loved about this program was taking the assessment as it allowed me to better understand myself and my past behaviors. It gave me insights into how to coach others and enhanced my interactions with my mental health therapist. In summary, I feel as though I have been reset and realigned in a way that allows me to live as I was truly intended to.
