In addition to what Axiogenics enables me to do with my clients, I really appreciate the time and energy invested by Peter, Harvey, and Traci in the continuous development of our neuro-axiological coaching skills and our coaching practice. At the twice-monthly Mastermind meetings, the collective wisdom and connection of members make the conversations wide and deep. I leave every session feeling uplifted and energized.

Mary understood that our profitability was dependent upon engineers being billable, and to that end, worked with us through programs, consulting and coaching to maximize our ability to focus on projects and work efficiently, effectively and happily.

My name is Briel Speer, and my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been incredibly impactful. When I initially joined the program, my objective was to improve the work culture at my company. However, I quickly recognized certain personal tendencies of being too accommodating, easily distracted, and excessively risk-averse, which were impediments to my success. Fortunately, my coach, Jordan White, was phenomenally supportive and efficiently helped me develop a more authentic, assertive, and courageous leadership style. The transformation has been vast and it has given me new insights about my thought processes and their influences on both my professional and personal interactions.
Reflecting upon my journey, the standout aspects have been my interactions with Jordan, whose kindness, patience, and partnership were invigorating, and the toolkit provided by the program, which was instrumental in guiding me through the learning curve. My experience can best be summarized as enlightening and deeply introspective, with a powerful emphasis on recognizing and celebrating personal growth.
The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been an invaluable asset in not just refining my decision-making and fostering an open-minded approach, but also in re-discovering my value within my professional sphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone striving to unlock their potential and elevate their leadership skills.

As I embarked on this journey, my coach, April Ballestero, quickly illuminated some hindrances I needed to overcome – primarily my tendency to get distracted, be argumentative, and act without intention. With her guidance and the program’s robust framework, I was able to transform these weaknesses into strengths, becoming distinctly more focused, intentional, and empathetic. The results were not only immediate but also significant. I gained clarity in purpose, direction, and goals. Moreover, I saw a vast improvement in my marriage due to enhanced communication and understanding. One of the standout features of this program is the A&B game worksheet, a tool that encapsulates the effectiveness and speed of result delivery, cohesive with the course. In essence, my experience with this program has been nothing short of life-changing. It has added a new dimension to my life – a profound level of personal and professional development that I have never experienced before. It’s worth every penny, and for anyone looking to elevate their life’s purpose, goals, and relationships, particularly in marriage, this is a program I cannot recommend enough. The results truly work!

I sum up my experience as “profound, empowering, and thought-provoking”. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is looking to become a better version of themselves, change habits or patterns in their life, and make better decisions.

The Valuegenics science [neuro-axiology] and approach is outstanding. It set the stage for a Board meeting where we went deeper into Purpose and trusting teamwork than I ever thought possible. People brought their “A” game to the table and we are poised to execute with passion!

My coach, Mike Myers, proved instrumental in this transformation, expertly guiding me towards becoming more responsive, patient, and considered in my actions. Consequently, I recognized how previous negative thought patterns had been impeding my ability to deliver value. One of the highlights of the program was Mike’s patient temperament. His wise thinking and logic were enlightening and extremely beneficial. If I were to encapsulate my experience, I would say “Mike Myers is a phenomenal listener and an exceptional coach.” I believe, this program can greatly benefit anyone seeking to improve self-awareness and enhance their mindset for the betterment of their relationships – be it family, friends, or colleagues. My gratitude goes towards Mike for his wonderful support throughout this journey.

Working with my coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to become more deliberate, proactive, and present. As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “eye-opening, empowering, practical. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seems stuck and is ready to take their life to the next level. Jordan was a great coach and really helped me work with the material in this program.
