Going into this program, in order to achieve my goal of staying connected to the “why” behind what I do at work, remaining grateful for the impact my team and I can have on the lives of children and their families, and appreciating the opportunity I have been given to influence both the growth of our team members and the care we provide to our patients, I discovered that I needed to become less impulsive, reactive, and absent. Working with my coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to become more deliberate, proactive, and present. As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “eye-opening, empowering, practical. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seems stuck and is ready to take their life to the next level. Jordan was a great coach and really helped me work with the material in this program.

At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

“Alice has been a great coach to work with one on one. She used her background in working in the medical and non-profit world to respond with empathy to the professional challenges I was talking through. She understood the impact of workplace transitions I was facing and helped me to see the factors that were within my control as well as understand the elements I could not control. As an external processor, it was incredibly helpful to have an empathic ear to listen and be a sounding board for my...

“Having Peter as my trainer, coach, and mentor has helped me to focus more on my wellbeing, appreciate my wisdom, and discern how at this stage of my life I can best serve others and co-create value with them. Peter is incredibly supportive, direct, quick-witted, listens at a deep level, and using his ability to “play” with words he provides further insight and perspective almost instantaneously.”

Despite being heavily oriented towards precision, quality, and headstrong leadership, I realized through the program that I needed to adopt a more heart-centered, qualitative, and community-focused approach. My coach, Jordan White, guided me proficiently in transitioning my mindset. The result being, I now think differently; I feel balanced and more confident in my leadership role. The highlight of this program for me was my coach. Jordan was warm, thoughtful, attentive, and utterly inspiring. My experience with the program can be aptly described as both eye-opening and soul-searching. It’s provoked every emotion possible while helping me maintain an out-of-the-box thinking approach. I would highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone who feels stagnant yet knows they have the potential to get to the next level. If you’re feeling stuck in neutral but know you have the fuel to reach your destination, this program is for you.

His wise thinking and logic were enlightening and extremely beneficial. If I were to encapsulate my experience, I would say “Mike Myers is a phenomenal listener and an exceptional coach.” I believe, this program can greatly benefit anyone seeking to improve self-awareness and enhance their mindset for the betterment of their relationships – be it family, friends, or colleagues. I quickly learned, under the guidance of my coach, Dr. Melodye Hilton, that to fulfill this, I needed to become less influenced by biases each day and more driven by my assets. When I started this program, I was completely ruled by my biases. However, the coaching and guidance provided by Dr. Hilton enabled me to experience deep-seated changes in my behavior and mindset, all without feeling guilt or shame. What I really loved about this program was taking the assessment as it allowed me to better understand myself and my past behaviors. It gave me insights into how to coach others and enhanced my interactions with my mental health therapist. In summary, I feel as though I have been reset and realigned in a way that allows me to live as I was truly intended to. If you’re someone seeking to understand the core of your behaviors and the cause-effect relationships in your life, I highly recommend this program. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Hilton for her coaching and to Axiogenics for providing the resources that enabled this transformation.

The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

The Self-Leadership Development program is a unique and practical framework. It has taught me to recognize mental habits that negatively affect my ability to make good decisions, as well as to use more effective ways of thinking to consistently contribute towards my goals. Through this program, and through the excellent coaching from Dr. Melodye Hilton, I have learned to make better choices in the midst of challenges, and enjoy greater fulfilment within my personal life and relationships.
Dr. Melodye Hilton is an inspiring and knowledgeable coach, who brings wisdom and practical strategies to every conversation. She challenges me to establish habits of higher thinking and motivates me to live a significant and purpose-filled life. Through her soft skills training and the Core Value Index I’ve learned to better understand my own strengths and contributions, as well as to appreciate, validate, and celebrate others authentically.
Through her training I’ve experienced significant growth both personally and as a business leader. I’ve learned more about the strengths that I can bring to the table, as well as the areas that I am not as naturally strong in. This has helped me in my business to understand how to put together a team of diverse talents; the type of team that will find the most efficient solution for every situation, where each person feels valued and be motivated to contribute in the best way they can.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to make meaningful improvements or changes in their life. The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development program has helped me achieve my goal of being able to confidently work on things that I want to do, trusting that I will make the money that my family needs to live our new life. I can now clearly see what drives my sense of wanting to be perfect, and how that holds me back from being the rainmaker that I want to be. I am easily able to recognize when I am taking on tasks and issues that belong to other people. This is very empowering, and is a huge help at work. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, also helped me realize that I have the skills to be a rainmaker, and I can learn to enjoy the process. My favorite thing about this program is being able to see the connections between the different parts of my life. Axiogenics helped me see that my mindset around my husband’s autism was the same as my mindset around work. I also love that these are skills that I can continue to hone throughout my life, and that I now have a set of tools that helps me identify the issues so I can address them.
