Re: Board of Directors’ Retreat Facilitation…

The Valuegenics science [neuro-axiology] and approach is outstanding. It set the stage for a Board meeting where we went deeper into Purpose and trusting teamwork than I ever thought possible. People brought their “A” game to the table and we are poised to execute with passion!

My name is Karmin Jenkins and my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been transformative. My goal was to live authentically and consistently from my strengths. I quickly learned, under the guidance of my coach, Dr. Melodye Hilton, that to fulfill this, I needed to become less influenced by biases each day and more driven by my assets. When I started this program, I was completely ruled by my biases. However, the coaching and guidance provided by Dr. Hilton enabled me to experience deep-seated changes in my behavior and mindset, all without feeling guilt or shame. What I really loved about this program was taking the assessment as it allowed me to better understand myself and my past behaviors. It gave me insights into how to coach others and enhanced my interactions with my mental health therapist. In summary, I feel as though I have been reset and realigned in a way that allows me to live as I was truly intended to. If you’re someone seeking to understand the core of your behaviors and the cause-effect relationships in your life, I highly recommend this program. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Hilton for her coaching and to Axiogenics for providing the resources that enabled this transformation.

The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program was a deeply transformative and personal experience. The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program was a deeply transformative and personal experience. The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

Going into this program, in order to achieve my goal of staying connected to the “why” behind what I do at work, remaining grateful for the impact my team and I can have on the lives of children and their families, and appreciating the opportunity I have been given to influence both the growth of our team members and the care we provide to our patients, I discovered that I needed to become less impulsive, reactive, and absent. Working with my coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to become more deliberate, proactive, and present. As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “eye-opening, empowering, practical. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seems stuck and is ready to take their life to the next level. Jordan was a great coach and really helped me work with the material in this program.

My name is Helene Burns, and I came to the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the goal of self-nominating for the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL) Board, representing Region 2, including New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

My journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been an enlightening experience. Initially, I entered the program aspiring to achieve my goal of becoming a Chief Physician Executive. I realized I needed to attenuate a few personal traits, like my reserved nature, self-critical tendencies, and resistance to embracing diverse opinions and ideas. Supported by my coach, Alice Ackerman, I transitioned into a more communicative, delegative, and open-minded professional. This transformation allowed me to introspect my choices and actions more critically and act with deliberate intention. One aspect of the program that resonated with me the most was the incorporation of purposeful daily practices. These practices applied to every situation, reinforcing a foundation for consistent self-improvement.

To sum up my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, I can definitively say the experience is transformative, providing a comprehensive framework for personal development. This program is immensely beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and, more importantly, evolve as a better human being. The program uncovered the blind spots in my personal and professional life, allowing me to fully embrace and understand the nature of change. I cannot recommend this program enough to those seeking lifelong growth.
