I discovered that I have real assets within me
This program taught me the power of asking the right questions — not just to myself, but with my team. We live in a world shaped by the stories we tell ourselves. They influence how we see reality, how we relate to others, and where we’re going. Through this program, I discovered that I have real assets within me — and that when we shift our mindset and rewrite our story, anything is possible.
I highly recommend this program to anyone who feels stuck or plateaued in life and is ready to grow, break through, and create something they never thought possible.

This was a life-changing process. I came to better understand what has kept me from greater successes but, more importantly, it taught me how to apply my own talents and wisdom to get there. I am eternally grateful for this program.

When I embarked on this journey, it was with the intention to find balance in my professional and personal commitments. I soon realized I needed to reevaluate my expectations, as I was overcommitted, constantly striving for perfection, and frequently exhibiting impatience and dissatisfaction. Through my sessions with my profoundly insightful coach, Kristin Clark, I was able to swiftly transition to embodying more reasonable expectations, expressing contentment and supportiveness, and feeling more satisfied with my work products. What resonates most with me about this program is its methodical approach to personal growth, compelling us to acknowledge our weaknesses and fine-tune them into strengths. In summary, my experience in this program saw me evolve from a overextended perfectionist to a balanced, content, and resilient executive. The personal growth and leadership skills I have developed are invaluable and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their self-leadership capabilities.

My primary goal for entering this program was to enhance my relationship with the people around me – to show them that I deeply cared for them and was committed to their success through actively engaging in our exchanges and exhibiting empathy. I understood that to achieve this, I needed to overcome my fears, distractions, and self-centeredness. With the guidance of my outstanding coach, Michael Gidlewski, I was able to swiftly transform into a more resolute, engaged, and open individual. I now function within my areas of strength and possess the necessary tools to lift myself from patterns of behavior that do not serve me well. Though I sometimes still notice these habits, I am equipped with the ability to detach from them because I understand their lack of relevance to me now. The most remarkable aspect of this program is the provision of vital tools that enable me to break free from my less than optimal performances. I now have the ability to identify when I’m not at my best and a means to navigate my way out. This program has been a breakthrough experience for me. It’s allowed me to thrive both within my team and with my clients. I am confident in my ability to work through any challenges that arise within my teams. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone looking to take a significant step forward but aren’t quite sure how to go about it. The tools provided by this program have proven more beneficial than therapy, and have tremendously impacted my life.

Mary is one of the smartest, kindest and most emotionally intelligent coaches I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with on both a personal and professional basis. She knows exactly what questions to ask to guide clients in the right direction and she knows when to offer insights and when to allow leaders to come up with their own best solutions. Her willingness to give of herself and expertise show that above all, she values kindness. Anyone fortunate enough to have Mary in their corner is sure...

My name is Helene Burns, and I came to the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the goal of self-nominating for the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL) Board, representing Region 2, including New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

The Valuegenics science [neuro-axiology] and approach is outstanding. It set the stage for a Board meeting where we went deeper into Purpose and trusting teamwork than I ever thought possible. People brought their “A” game to the table and we are poised to execute with passion!

I embarked on the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the intention of honing my leadership skills, personally and professionally to ensure I maximize the value proposition given to and derived from my department as a result of my leadership. Revamping my perfectionist nature and eliminating hesitation and indecisiveness was challenging; these aspects of my way of doing things had oftentimes prevented me from getting the best net value from a situation. The transition though difficult showed new ways of thinking and approaching matters that proved to be quite rewarding steps on my journey towards improvement. My coach, Debbie Joseph-Caddle, definitely boosted my sense of confidence in my ability , which in turn allowed me to be more willing to exercise my decision-making in the space. She emphasized the importance of decision-making and accepting occasional failures as being part of the learning process. Under her guidance, I developed the ability to test my ideas and take decisions with confidence, further enhancing my leadership skills. A key takeaway from her tutelage was this: Leadership isn’t about doing everything myself but ensuring things get done, either through my own work or through efficient delegation. One of the more unexpected but welcomed aspects of the program turned out to be having Debbie as a sounding board as well as access to the insightful tools for rethinking problem-solving and leadership practices that the program provides. Reflecting on my journey throughout this program, I would describe it as an enlightening, confidence-boosting experience that provided me with constructive feedback in a secure environment and one that transformed my thought processes. I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone requiring guidance in enhancing their leadership skills. The program facilitators are understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, deliberate, engaging, flexible and professional. It’s a highly recommended program that promises to bring about positive change.

Working with my Coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to pinpoint the thoughts and ways of thinking that were sabotaging my goals. I now have a clearer understanding of my A and B game habits. I can easily recognize why I was struggling. My favorite thing about the program is the “ah-ha” moments of the worksheets. I’m amazed that when reviewing my Self-Leadership development report it became clear where I was struggling that I hadn’t been able to put in words before. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “emotional, eye-opening, motivating, and resonant.” I highly recommend this program for anyone who is lost, confused, and frustrated that they are self-sabotaging their life but don’t fully understand why. If you have tried other self-help or motivational books but haven’t made progress, this program can give you ways to change the core habits and thinking that are holding you back.

My coach, Mike Myers, proved instrumental in this transformation, expertly guiding me towards becoming more responsive, patient, and considered in my actions. Consequently, I recognized how previous negative thought patterns had been impeding my ability to deliver value. One of the highlights of the program was Mike’s patient temperament. His wise thinking and logic were enlightening and extremely beneficial. If I were to encapsulate my experience, I would say “Mike Myers is a phenomenal listener and an exceptional coach.” I believe, this program can greatly benefit anyone seeking to improve self-awareness and enhance their mindset for the betterment of their relationships – be it family, friends, or colleagues. My gratitude goes towards Mike for his wonderful support throughout this journey.
