Working with my Coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to pinpoint the thoughts and ways of thinking that were sabotaging my goals. I now have a clearer understanding of my A and B game habits. I can easily recognize why I was struggling. My favorite thing about the program is the “ah-ha” moments of the worksheets. I’m amazed that when reviewing my Self-Leadership development report it became clear where I was struggling that I hadn’t been able to put in words before. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “emotional, eye-opening, motivating, and resonant.” I highly recommend this program for anyone who is lost, confused, and frustrated that they are self-sabotaging their life but don’t fully understand why. If you have tried other self-help or motivational books but haven’t made progress, this program can give you ways to change the core habits and thinking that are holding you back.

Initially, I entered the program aspiring to achieve my goal of becoming a Chief Physician Executive. I realized I needed to attenuate a few personal traits, like my reserved nature, self-critical tendencies, and resistance to embracing diverse opinions and ideas. Supported by my coach, Alice Ackerman, I transitioned into a more communicative, delegative, and open-minded professional. This transformation allowed me to introspect my choices and actions more critically and act with deliberate intention. One aspect of the program that resonated with me the most was the incorporation of purposeful daily practices. These practices applied to every situation, reinforcing a foundation for consistent self-improvement.
To sum up my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, I can definitively say the experience is transformative, providing a comprehensive framework for personal development. This program is immensely beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and, more importantly, evolve as a better human being. The program uncovered the blind spots in my personal and professional life, allowing me to fully embrace and understand the nature of change. I cannot recommend this program enough to those seeking lifelong growth.

When I initially joined the program, my objective was to improve the work culture at my company. However, I quickly recognized certain personal tendencies of being too accommodating, easily distracted, and excessively risk-averse, which were impediments to my success. Fortunately, my coach, Jordan White, was phenomenally supportive and efficiently helped me develop a more authentic, assertive, and courageous leadership style. The transformation has been vast and it has given me new insights about my thought processes and their influences on both my professional and personal interactions.
Reflecting upon my journey, the standout aspects have been my interactions with Jordan, whose kindness, patience, and partnership were invigorating, and the toolkit provided by the program, which was instrumental in guiding me through the learning curve. My experience can best be summarized as enlightening and deeply introspective, with a powerful emphasis on recognizing and celebrating personal growth.
The Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been an invaluable asset in not just refining my decision-making and fostering an open-minded approach, but also in re-discovering my value within my professional sphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone striving to unlock their potential and elevate their leadership skills.

His wise thinking and logic were enlightening and extremely beneficial. If I were to encapsulate my experience, I would say “Mike Myers is a phenomenal listener and an exceptional coach.” I believe, this program can greatly benefit anyone seeking to improve self-awareness and enhance their mindset for the betterment of their relationships – be it family, friends, or colleagues. “As a successful personal and business coach for over 25 years, taking precious time to engage in the kind of personal and professional development that can propel me forward has always been important. Axiogenics is way beyond, yet so much more practical, applicable, and actionable than anything else I’ve ever seen, including 20 years of studying axiology.”

The small group of cohort participants created an environment that was both open and supportive, empowering me to be honest and fully engaged in my learning journey. This was a rare opportunity in my professional experience. Going into the program, my goal was to define a non-grading role in the DODC Cohort Program, focusing on performance and impact. I knew I needed to become more direct and confident, rather than self-effacing. Working with my coach, Peter Demarest, the program’s Central Question became integral to my practice, helping me avoid unproductive patterns. Embracing my biases and realizing that caring about and empowering others is a powerful strength significantly boosted my confidence and authenticity. Participating in this unique, diverse group led by Peter will be a memorable experience. I highly recommend this program to anyone curious about personal growth and supporting others in their development journey. The tools provided are invaluable, offering just a taste of life’s work that inspires a desire for more. Peter’s rare combination of expertise and humility makes this program exceptional. My aspiration is to further develop my axiology skills and actively contribute to this growing community.

“Alice has been a great coach to work with one on one. I’ve discovered this fulfillment naturally permeates other areas of my life, too. Despite being heavily oriented towards precision, quality, and headstrong leadership, I realized through the program that I needed to adopt a more heart-centered, qualitative, and community-focused approach. My coach, Jordan White, guided me proficiently in transitioning my mindset. The result being, I now think differently; I feel balanced and more confident in my leadership role. The highlight of this program for me was my coach. Jordan was warm, thoughtful, attentive, and utterly inspiring. My experience with the program can be aptly described as both eye-opening and soul-searching. It’s provoked every emotion possible while helping me maintain an out-of-the-box thinking approach. I would highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone who feels stagnant yet knows they have the potential to get to the next level. If you’re feeling stuck in neutral but know you have the fuel to reach your destination, this program is for you.
