My experience with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been transformative. Embarking on this journey to bolster my monthly income to $10,000, I realized that I was in a battle against fearful perfectionism, procrastination, a sense of unwarranted obligation, and a critical outlook towards myself. Fortunately, with the guidance of my dedicated coach, April Ballestero, I was able to become more confident, curious, consistent, and self-directed, without being too hard on myself. As I began to apply the tools and techniques imparted by the program, I came to better understand the biases that were hindering my progress. This led to sustainable shifts in my attitude and behaviors, allowing me to consistently stay in my ‘A-game’. The group sessions were an enriching platform for peer learning, while the diverse tools offered practical strategies for personal growth. To encapsulate my experience in this program, it was an amazing journey that triggered a life-changing shift in my perspective. I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone interested in self-improvement or those who are struggling to sustain behavioral changes.

I signed up for the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program with the aim of developing a relationship model for our company. Through this practice, I became increasingly centered, driven, and composed, experiencing far less stress than before. Best of all, because our entire C-suite went through the program, we began to understand each other’s assets and how we complement each other in various tasks, and practice novel strategies and tactics in unison. It has been a challenging journey, but it has changed my perspective on life and equipped me with invaluable tools. I recommend this program to those who perceive barriers in their progress, who feel underestimated, or who are ready to take their professional growth to the next level.

Going into the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to achieve my goal of “to live and work authentically and creatively, doing something I love”, I discovered that I needed to become more grateful, consistent, and positive. Working with my Coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to pinpoint the thoughts and ways of thinking that were sabotaging my goals. I now have a clearer understanding of my A and B game habits. I can easily recognize why I was struggling. My favorite thing about the program is the “ah-ha” moments of the worksheets. I’m amazed that when reviewing my Self-Leadership development report it became clear where I was struggling that I hadn’t been able to put in words before. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “emotional, eye-opening, motivating, and resonant.” I highly recommend this program for anyone who is lost, confused, and frustrated that they are self-sabotaging their life but don’t fully understand why. If you have tried other self-help or motivational books but haven’t made progress, this program can give you ways to change the core habits and thinking that are holding you back.

You’ll be blown away by what you learn about yourself. It’s amazing how wired you are on how you operate in certain situations. This program turned a spotlight on my programmed tendencies and rewired them to better serve my decisions and actions. The program is challenging but in all the right ways. It’s like a clean install for your brain. I look forward to my continued work with [my coach,] Jordan.

In addition to what Axiogenics enables me to do with my clients, I really appreciate the time and energy invested by Peter, Harvey, and Traci in the continuous development of our neuro-axiological coaching skills and our coaching practice. At the twice-monthly Mastermind meetings, the collective wisdom and connection of members make the conversations wide and deep. I leave every session feeling uplifted and energized.

Initially, I entered the program aspiring to achieve my goal of becoming a Chief Physician Executive. I realized I needed to attenuate a few personal traits, like my reserved nature, self-critical tendencies, and resistance to embracing diverse opinions and ideas. Supported by my coach, Alice Ackerman, I transitioned into a more communicative, delegative, and open-minded professional. This transformation allowed me to introspect my choices and actions more critically and act with deliberate intention. One aspect of the program that resonated with me the most was the incorporation of purposeful daily practices. These practices applied to every situation, reinforcing a foundation for consistent self-improvement.
To sum up my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, I can definitively say the experience is transformative, providing a comprehensive framework for personal development. This program is immensely beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and, more importantly, evolve as a better human being. The program uncovered the blind spots in my personal and professional life, allowing me to fully embrace and understand the nature of change. I cannot recommend this program enough to those seeking lifelong growth.

“Debbie walked me through the Axiogencis Self-Leadership 1-2-3 program step by step and helped me to realize my many strengths that I took for granted. She was a very good coach, who exhibited very good insight that helped me accept and celebrate who I am in this world. I continue to do work on myself using the elements from the program.”

At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

When I embarked on this journey, it was with the intention to find balance in my professional and personal commitments. I soon realized I needed to reevaluate my expectations, as I was overcommitted, constantly striving for perfection, and frequently exhibiting impatience and dissatisfaction. Through my sessions with my profoundly insightful coach, Kristin Clark, I was able to swiftly transition to embodying more reasonable expectations, expressing contentment and supportiveness, and feeling more satisfied with my work products. What resonates most with me about this program is its methodical approach to personal growth, compelling us to acknowledge our weaknesses and fine-tune them into strengths. In summary, my experience in this program saw me evolve from a overextended perfectionist to a balanced, content, and resilient executive. The personal growth and leadership skills I have developed are invaluable and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their self-leadership capabilities.

The science of neuro-axiology, and the practice of Valuegenic Self-Leadership, could be a game-changer for OD practice on numerous levels. The neuro-axiological process goes beyond self-awareness, self-understanding, presencing, and radical acceptance, driving a proactive, purposive, and measurable personal transformation.
