My experience with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program has been transformative. Embarking on this journey to bolster my monthly income to $10,000, I realized that I was in a battle against fearful perfectionism, procrastination, a sense of unwarranted obligation, and a critical outlook towards myself. Fortunately, with the guidance of my dedicated coach, April Ballestero, I was able to become more confident, curious, consistent, and self-directed, without being too hard on myself. As I began to apply the tools and techniques imparted by the program, I came to better understand the biases that were hindering my progress. This led to sustainable shifts in my attitude and behaviors, allowing me to consistently stay in my ‘A-game’. The group sessions were an enriching platform for peer learning, while the diverse tools offered practical strategies for personal growth. To encapsulate my experience in this program, it was an amazing journey that triggered a life-changing shift in my perspective. I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone interested in self-improvement or those who are struggling to sustain behavioral changes.

At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

As a result, I immediately noticed that the internal questions I asked myself were different, therefore changing my actions. My favorite thing about the program was the insight I gained into my biases and how they can hinder me from operating from an A-game mindset. I would liken the experience to a personal trainer for your brain. Helping to sharpen my thinking abilities. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to re-define their lives by making better daily decisions. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working through my cognitive biases as well as learning my assets. Both are vitally important to understand when making choices in my life to create the most value.

However, through diligent work with my coach, I managed to cultivate an open-minded, self-respecting, and mindful approach to my every day. Through this practice, I became increasingly centered, driven, and composed, experiencing far less stress than before. Best of all, because our entire C-suite went through the program, we began to understand each other’s assets and how we complement each other in various tasks, and practice novel strategies and tactics in unison. It has been a challenging journey, but it has changed my perspective on life and equipped me with invaluable tools. I recommend this program to those who perceive barriers in their progress, who feel underestimated, or who are ready to take their professional growth to the next level.

I understood that to achieve this, I needed to overcome my fears, distractions, and self-centeredness. With the guidance of my outstanding coach, Michael Gidlewski, I was able to swiftly transform into a more resolute, engaged, and open individual. I now function within my areas of strength and possess the necessary tools to lift myself from patterns of behavior that do not serve me well. Though I sometimes still notice these habits, I am equipped with the ability to detach from them because I understand their lack of relevance to me now. The most remarkable aspect of this program is the provision of vital tools that enable me to break free from my less than optimal performances. I now have the ability to identify when I’m not at my best and a means to navigate my way out. This program has been a breakthrough experience for me. It’s allowed me to thrive both within my team and with my clients. I am confident in my ability to work through any challenges that arise within my teams. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone looking to take a significant step forward but aren’t quite sure how to go about it. The tools provided by this program have proven more beneficial than therapy, and have tremendously impacted my life.

The feedback on VQ profile assessment was incredible to identify biases and liabilities and assets in my thinking patterns/frames. Whilst it was difficult and was triggered working through section 1, it also opened the way to section 2 to be effective and section 3 to bring it altogether with insight, in applying the strategic solutions.
In my experience Axiogenics is powerful for the recovery and rebuilding phase of PTSD instead for the acute phase. However, there were tools to maximise my Assets and minimise my liabilities that helped with the “grounding principle” during a triggered moment. It also instils hope that there is a future and steppingstones towards it, which was so empowering in vulnerable moments.
None of the above would have been possible without the expertise of Dr Melodye. She was empathetic towards my presenting acute phase and brought in the training with great skill and precision. In my view, whilst Axiogenics program is scientifically based it needs the expertise of the Mentor to make it effective. It is not a training model to read the manual and do but it needs the relationship aspect of a Mentor. Dr Melodye delivered it superbly with insight and wisdom without making me feel overwhelmed with information and techniques. I did not feel like just another trainee on a factory line to be deposited with lots of information but felt acknowledged as a person and I was the focus for empowerment. It was tailor made! It is not just the program but the integrity and relationship skills of Dr Melodye.
This experience has been like having driving lessons and passing the test but not being an expert driver at this stage. Just like the skill of driving, the more I drive the car the more experienced I become. I am looking forward to practicing the insights from the Axiogenics sessions as the days, weeks and months go by to become experienced in applying the wisdom!

Revamping my perfectionist nature and eliminating hesitation and indecisiveness was challenging; these aspects of my way of doing things had oftentimes prevented me from getting the best net value from a situation. The transition though difficult showed new ways of thinking and approaching matters that proved to be quite rewarding steps on my journey towards improvement. My coach, Debbie Joseph-Caddle, definitely boosted my sense of confidence in my ability , which in turn allowed me to be more willing to exercise my decision-making in the space. She emphasized the importance of decision-making and accepting occasional failures as being part of the learning process. Under her guidance, I developed the ability to test my ideas and take decisions with confidence, further enhancing my leadership skills. A key takeaway from her tutelage was this: Leadership isn’t about doing everything myself but ensuring things get done, either through my own work or through efficient delegation. One of the more unexpected but welcomed aspects of the program turned out to be having Debbie as a sounding board as well as access to the insightful tools for rethinking problem-solving and leadership practices that the program provides. Reflecting on my journey throughout this program, I would describe it as an enlightening, confidence-boosting experience that provided me with constructive feedback in a secure environment and one that transformed my thought processes. I highly recommend the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program to anyone requiring guidance in enhancing their leadership skills. The program facilitators are understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, deliberate, engaging, flexible and professional. It’s a highly recommended program that promises to bring about positive change.

Initially, I entered the program aspiring to achieve my goal of becoming a Chief Physician Executive. I realized I needed to attenuate a few personal traits, like my reserved nature, self-critical tendencies, and resistance to embracing diverse opinions and ideas. Supported by my coach, Alice Ackerman, I transitioned into a more communicative, delegative, and open-minded professional. This transformation allowed me to introspect my choices and actions more critically and act with deliberate intention. One aspect of the program that resonated with me the most was the incorporation of purposeful daily practices. These practices applied to every situation, reinforcing a foundation for consistent self-improvement.
To sum up my journey with the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program, I can definitively say the experience is transformative, providing a comprehensive framework for personal development. This program is immensely beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and, more importantly, evolve as a better human being. The program uncovered the blind spots in my personal and professional life, allowing me to fully embrace and understand the nature of change. I cannot recommend this program enough to those seeking lifelong growth.
