Starting with One Light Ahead, I felt lost. My business required a direct sales approach, and the struggle with the developing relationships required within this model was real. Building relationships that communicated care to clients was difficult for me. In the initial meeting, it was apparent Coach April could uncover the secrets I was looking for. My initial experience was enlightening. Being able to uncover habits that were holding me back was empowering. Through my coaching sessions, I was able to learn how to take corrective action that replaced my unproductive habits with efficient ones. I have seen a major shift in my focus away from a life that I found to be very stressful. As I accepted my past and the experiences I lived through. I am now experiencing a life that is more fulfilling and complete.

My favorite aspect of the program was the way the worksheets allowed me to really connect the dots between my actions, decisions, and goals. I sum up my experience as “profound, empowering, and thought-provoking”. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is looking to become a better version of themselves, change habits or patterns in their life, and make better decisions.

You’ll be blown away by what you learn about yourself. It’s amazing how wired you are on how you operate in certain situations. This program turned a spotlight on my programmed tendencies and rewired them to better serve my decisions and actions. The program is challenging but in all the right ways. It’s like a clean install for your brain. I look forward to my continued work with [my coach,] Jordan.

At the beginning of the program, I was dealing with issues such as being overly perfectionistic, type A, and feeling insecure. However, through my work with my coach, Mary Kutheis, I was able to shed these negative traits and instead become more decisive, courageous, and confident in my abilities. This transformation has substantially enhanced my professional interactions and made me more adept at decision-making. The central question and “thinking good” have become my anchors for maintaining mental clarity during problem resolution. The program’s approach to recognizing and reducing “B Game” thoughts, while amplifying my “A Game” thoughts, has wholly altered my perspective. The coaching sessions with Mary were beneficial and enjoyable, setting this program apart from others I’ve participated in. This learning experience’s applicability to both work and life is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to elevate their “A Game”. Trust me; it’s a game-changer.

Going into this program, in order to achieve my goal of staying connected to the “why” behind what I do at work, remaining grateful for the impact my team and I can have on the lives of children and their families, and appreciating the opportunity I have been given to influence both the growth of our team members and the care we provide to our patients, I discovered that I needed to become less impulsive, reactive, and absent. Working with my coach, Jordan White, I was quickly able to become more deliberate, proactive, and present. As a result, recognizing my biases and my assets and learning how and when each show up was huge. It allows me to leverage my assets and minimize the impact of my biases. My favorite thing about the program is how the exercises really help put the principles into action. If I were to sum up my experience in this program, it would be “eye-opening, empowering, practical. I highly recommend this program for anyone who seems stuck and is ready to take their life to the next level. Jordan was a great coach and really helped me work with the material in this program.

My name is Mary and I recently had the privilege of participating in the Axiogenics Self-Leadership Development Program. When I embarked on this journey, it was with the intention to find balance in my professional and personal commitments. I soon realized I needed to reevaluate my expectations, as I was overcommitted, constantly striving for perfection, and frequently exhibiting impatience and dissatisfaction. Through my sessions with my profoundly insightful coach, Kristin Clark, I was able to swiftly transition to embodying more reasonable expectations, expressing contentment and supportiveness, and feeling more satisfied with my work products. What resonates most with me about this program is its methodical approach to personal growth, compelling us to acknowledge our weaknesses and fine-tune them into strengths. In summary, my experience in this program saw me evolve from a overextended perfectionist to a balanced, content, and resilient executive. The personal growth and leadership skills I have developed are invaluable and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to elevate their self-leadership capabilities.
