Current VSLD Program Offerings
You have the option of working privately with a coach or as part of a small cohort. Both formats feature:
- 4+ Months Membership to the Axiogenics Gen-V Academy eLearning platform for interactive access to the program materials
- Your VQ Profile Assessment report (used extensively in the program)
- Study Time: Approx. 20–30 mins/day or 2–3 hours between sessions (reading/listening to materials, reflecting, and completing exercises)
- Embedding and applying principles and practices to your daily life and work activities (not more to do — just doing it all better)
- All sessions are typically held on Zoom
Private Executive Program –
Regular Price $7,500
Ideal for executives, solopreneurs, those facing high-stakes challenges, or who are uncomfortable in group settings.
- One-on-One with an Axiogenics Certified Partner
- 12, 1-hour sessions with flexible scheduling (ideally, weekly to start).
- Sessions are scheduled Monday-Thursday, 8am – 6pm ET and Fridays until 3pm ET (depending on availability.
- Private and Confidential
- Greater flexibility and personalization of discussion topics and pacing.
- Advanced Organizational Leadership Topics in Addition to Core VSLD.

Group/Cohort Program –
Regular Price $1,957
For emerging leaders, HR/OD professionals, and coaches. Also great for people who enjoy the camaraderie, accountability, and collaboration of a group learning experience. Cohorts are typically limited to 6-8 people with a minimum of 4.
- 8, 1-hour, weekly cohort sessions
- Up to 2 hours of one-to-one coaching as needed
- All cohort sessions are recorded and securely made available to cohort members for online review.
- Customized options for corporate or intact teams are also available.
